Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods . Our return period lasts for 15 days after you receive any item. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To provide you a refund, the item must be in the original  condition, with the original tags in place. Also unworn and unwashed.

Please take extra care when trying on swimwear and fitness apparel. Make sure that the item is tried over your own underwear and you are not wearing makeup, perfume or scented lotions that may leave a scent or mark.

For safety, health and hygiene concerns, we may refuse return of items.

That will happen when it's obvious that the necessary care wasn't observed, or the protective adhesive strip was removed.

In case you receive a defective item, please send us an email with pictures ,description of the defect and order number within 3 days of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

If you need to return an item, send us an email with the order number, at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in the above required conditions.

When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
